Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Sattvik Sutra, we take great care to ensure your experience is as pure and wholesome as the food we create. While we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. In such cases, we’re committed to finding a fair and prompt resolution for our valued patrons.

If you face any of the following issues, please write to us at support@sattviksutra.com within 2 days of delivery. We promise to respond within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please note:

  • You may request cancellation only before your order is dispatched.

  • Once the order is processed and handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • To initiate a cancellation, email us at support@sattviksutra.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We encourage customers to double-check all details before confirming their purchase.

Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • An image of the invoice
  • One image of the outer shipping box
  • Two clear images of the damaged product
  • An unboxing video showing the damage

Only the affected item(s) will be eligible for replacement. Once we verify the issue, we’ll promptly send you a fresh product and ensure the matter is resolved with care.

Missing Product

If any item is missing from your order, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One image of the outer box
  • Two clear images of the opened package
  • An unboxing video showing all the received items

While refunds cannot be processed for such cases, we’ll happily replace the missing item after verifying the issue.

Spoiled Product

If you believe a product is spoiled, please share:

  • Your order number
  • Date of packaging/manufacture
  • Clear images or a video of the product

Please note: As our products are all-natural and mostly handcrafted, slight variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are natural and not grounds for return. That said, we never compromise on purity, safety, or quality, and we will investigate every concern thoroughly and offer a fair solution.
